Q.How long does gel polish last?
3–4 weeks with Japanese or Korean gel, depending on nail growth and exposure to water and chemicals. Gloves for housework add about a week.
Q.Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly — one extension per natural lash (classic) or light fans (volume) — and removed with the proper solution. We will decline if your natural lashes are weak.
Q.What is BIAB and how is it different from gel?
BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) is a thin builder gel that strengthens weak nails so they grow long; no extensions, filed off, no acetone soak.
Q.Do I need an appointment?
Book a day ahead, 2–3 days for weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free.
Q.Is removal included?
Removing gel we applied: free. Gel from another salon: +$15, as it takes 20 extra minutes and a separate solution.
Q.Can I come while pregnant?
Yes — with odor-free gel, classic lashes and foot spa (no pressure-point massage). Please tell us in advance so your artist can choose suitable products.
Q.How do I care for new lash extensions?
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, skip oil-based mascara, brush every morning with the spoolie we give you; refill after 3–4 weeks.
Q.Do you offer at-home service?
Yes for Black members (twice a year) or groups of 4 or more within 5 miles, for a $25 travel fee.
Before you decide
Q.How do monthly plans renew?
On the first day of each cycle, with a text reminder 7 days before. Pause by text or at the desk; your plan stays active until the end of the paid cycle.
Q.Do unused services expire?
They roll over for up to 2 months, then expire. We remind you 10 days ahead so you can book in time.
Q.Can I share with family?
Yes on Signature and above and on every annual card: one named person, registered at the desk before use.
Q.Can I combine membership with coupons?
Plan discounts and coupons don't stack — we automatically apply whichever saves you more. Gift cards work as usual.
Q.Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrade anytime; the difference is prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect next cycle.
Q.What if I move away?
Annual cards refund 100% of the unused balance; monthly plans stop at the next cycle. Or transfer it to family — just text us a name and phone number.
